Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga mostly done sitting or with the support of a chair.
Suitable for adults who are less mobile or steady on their feet than they used to be enabling you to enjoy the wonderful health benefits of yoga.
Chair yoga is great for joint mobility work, and is a gentle way to improve overall physical posture.
If you have concerns about any health conditions that you have, please check with your GP/health provider before joining these sessions.
As spaces are limited to 12 maximum, you will be required to book your space.
